At The Crafty Farmers, every product is handmade with care, and customer satisfaction is important to us!

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used soaps, lotion bars, lip balms, or other personal-care products.

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem through an appropriate replacement or refund.

Handmade Product Variations

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight differences in color, shape, texture, and appearance are natural and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, our regular return policy applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after eligible returned items have been received and inspected.
